Shipping policy
At RememberTag, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The time frame for deliveries is made up of two periods:
1) Processing time (1 business day):
Please expect slight delays due to high demand!
We are a small team from Frankfurt. Our processing time includes order confirmation, customization, quality check and packing.
ATTENTION: Due to the coronavirus, there may be delays on the part of the shipping service providers!
Your order will be checked and approved within 12-24 hours of placing it. As soon as the order has been approved in our system, production is started. For products with personalized processing, it takes about 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure the quality and pack it.
2) Delivery time (approx. 1-2 working days depending on the country):
The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse it takes to:
- Austria 1-3 working days*
- Germany 1-2 working days*
- United States 4-5 working days*
to be delivered to its destination.
*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.
What does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping rates:
1) Free standard shipping (with tracking)
2) Insured Premium Shipping - Insured in case of theft / loss or damage of the package for 2,95€
Please note, once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed or canceled as the packing & processing of your order begins immediately upon receipt of the order.
