Shipping Insurance

Overview:
Shipping insurance for your RememberTag ensures that your purchase is protected against unforeseen events during transit. This coverage includes protection against loss, damage, carrier mishandling, and theft from the moment the product leaves our facility until it reaches its final destination.

Coverage Details:

Loss or Damage:
The shipping insurance covers the full value of the order in case of loss or damage to your RememberTag that occurs during transit from our warehouse to the delivery address.

Carrier Mishandling:
Coverage is provided for damage caused by mishandling by the carrier, including drops, rough handling, or improper stacking that leads to damage of the product.

Theft During Shipping:
Coverage is provided for theft of the RememberTag while in transit. This applies to situations where the product is stolen from the carrier or during the delivery process, provided there is proof of theft through the filing of a police report.

Claim Procedure:

Reporting:
Any claim must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the RememberTag or from the expected delivery date if the product was not received.

Documentation:
Claims must be supported by relevant documentation, including:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Photos of the damaged product (if applicable).
- Carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Any additional evidence supporting the claim (e.g., police report in case of theft).

Assessment:
Upon receipt of the claim and supporting documents, our team will assess the situation. This may include contacting the carrier for further information and verification.

Resolution:
If the claim is approved, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Free replacement of the RememberTag.
- Refund of the purchase price.

Exclusions:

Incorrect Address:
Claims will not be honored if the shipment was sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Limitations:

Claim Limit:
The maximum claim amount shall not exceed the purchase price of the insured RememberTag.

Time Limit for Claims:
All claims must be submitted within the specified timeframe from the date of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Governing Law:
This insurance policy is governed by the laws of the country/state in which the product was purchased.

Changes to the Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Customers are encouraged to review the policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.
